The processor for ebulliometer EbullMate is a newly designed device with purpose to automate and increase the measurement accuracy of the conventional ebulliometers ( with spirit lamp or electric). It measures volume content of ethyl alcohol in low alcohol content liquids (wine, beer etc).

To use the EbullMate ebulliometer processor, simply replace the thermometer (mercury or electronic) of your conventional ebulliometer with the EbullMate temperature sensor.
The measurement time depends on the ebulliometer used. Normally the measurement time is within few minutes. The absolute maximum measurement time is restricted up to 25 minutes.
