We, Bulteh 2000 Ltd., Bulgaria – the manufacturer of the famous EKOMILK milk analyzers, are reaching out to you to dispel rumors and false claims spread about us in the Indian dairy market, to assure you of our viability and to inform you about our future development plans.

After two decades of successful partnership one of our distributors Benny Impex Pvt. Ltd. decided to start a competing business unfortunately pursuing a policy of unfair competition. The goal of our former partner is to force Ekomilk’s customers to switch to their analyzer by spreading false information about the financial and technological condition of Bulteh 2000 Ltd. We have been informed of the following improper actions by Benny Impex Pvt. Ltd.:

• Spreading rumors that the company in Bulgaria is on the verge of bankruptcy and cannot carry out repairs;
• Designation of Ekomilk analyzer technology and PCBs as outdated thus insisting that customers replace the original measuring board with their prototype;
• Refusal of warranty for original parts repaired in Bulgaria;
• Refusal to accept orders for Ekomilk analyzers and new spare parts;
• Offering dumping prices for their new prototypes;

Contrary to the above mentioned, we assure all loyal Ekomilk customers that Bulteh 2000 Ltd. continues to be a leading manufacturer of Ultrasonic Milk Analyzers. The company is in good financial condition, has potential to guarantee a production capacity of 3000 analyzers and 3000 repairs monthly, has developed and continues to develop new products and technologies specifically for the Indian market.

The new EKOMILK INOX BOX model is already on the market and you can contact our distributors listed below for more details. A new analyzer based on a modern architecture & meeting the new market requirements will be launched during 2025.

We kindly ask all customers who intend to replace original parts with Benny Impex Pvt. Ltd.’s prototypes to keep in mind the following:

• these are no longer Ekomilk analyzers and all guarantees and certifications become invalid, as well as the CE mark and product liability insurance;
• Bulteh 2000 Ltd. is not responsible anymore for the reliability of the products and the correctness of the measurements.

We firmly assure you that Bulteh 2000 Ltd. continues to perform repairs on original parts received from Benny Impex Pvt. Ltd. and provides quality and timely repairs. Benny receives the agreed warranty and has no reason to refuse the warranty period for the repaired parts delivered from Bulgaria.
