Ekomilk starter cultures are composed of strains isolated in Bulgaria that are not genetically modified. We produce starters for the whole range of lactic – acid products, traditional for the Bulgarian market. We offer rotation of starter cultures by assortment and batches, as well as starters adaptation in climatic features and low quality of the raw materials.
